  • Representing the Employer in an international arbitration organised by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Paris) rendering ineffective an unfavourable settlement and finalized by  rejection of a majority of the Contractor’s claims amounting €27 million in a dispute concerning claims arising from the rehabilitation of a national road in the Banat Area;

  • Representing the Employer during the contractual phase of the FIDIC Engineer's decision and adjudication before the Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) which resulted in the rejection of the majority of the Contractor's claims amounting to RON 213 million in a dispute concerning claims arising from the design and execution of a section of motorway in Southern Transylvania;

  • Representing the Employer during the contractual phase of the adjudication before the Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB), which resulted in the rejection of the majority of the Contractor's claims amounting to RON 88 million in a dispute concerning claims arising from the design and execution of a section of motorway linking Banat with Western Transylvania;

  • ​Representing the Employer before the Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) which resulted in the full rejection of the Contractor's claims amounting to RON 28 million in a dispute concerning claims arising from the design and execution of a section of motorway in Southern Transylvania.
